Statutory Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), you are entitled to certain statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties provided by the manufacturer or supplier. This Agreement does not affect or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation regarding statutory guarantees.

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement (if available) if the goods:

  • Are faulty or become faulty within a reasonable time after purchase.
  • Are unsafe.
  • Are unfit for a disclosed purpose known to the supplier and cannot be easily remedied.
  • Are significantly different from the sample or description.
  • Are of unacceptable quality.
  • Otherwise qualify as a 'major failure' under Australian Consumer Law.

For issues that do not constitute a 'major failure', we may:

  • Replace the goods.
  • Offer to repair the items.
  • Provide a full refund, including delivery fees.

Replacement products are covered by the same statutory guarantees as the original. The right to return faulty goods extends beyond the 30-day return limit mentioned in the 'Returns and Exchanges' section if a statutory guarantee applies.

Purchase Conditions

Stock Availability The products on our website are a selection from the OG Gear range and may not be in stock at all times. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

How to Buy To purchase, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Review your order summary, including item details, total price, and delivery information. Confirm your order by clicking "Submit" after providing accurate personal and payment information.

Order Confirmation After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us at . We reserve the right to refuse orders due to payment authorisation issues, shipping restrictions, or stock availability.

Pricing Policy Prices are in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes. Prices and offers remain valid as advertised. Orders for international delivery may incur import fees. Prices may be modified except for orders already placed.

Payment Methods and Security We accept payments by credit or debit cards as shown on the payment page. Your payment card must be yours or authorised for use. We use SSL technology to secure payment transactions. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel orders for security reasons.

Purchase Guarantee We fulfil orders only to Australian residential or employment addresses. Product colours may vary based on monitor quality. Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the purchase date, in addition to statutory guarantees.

Deliveries and Insurance

Shipping We use Australia Post for deliveries, which may take 7-10 days for remote areas. We process orders within two working days, or 2-5 business days during peak seasons. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Damaged or Lost Delivery Report any damaged or missing goods within 14 working days. Contact us at with your order number and details. If no notification is received, items are deemed satisfactory.

Stock Delivery If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in saleable condition for a refund or exchange.
  • Full price items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
  • Sale items may only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if the product is the wrong size.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Items Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time. A faulty item includes those differing from the advertised colour, size, or quality. We may repair or replace the item or provide a full refund. Normal wear or negligence is not considered a fault.

To Make a Claim Email with:

  • Your name, phone number, address, and email
  • Product details and purchase date
  • Description of the fault

We will provide instructions on how to return the product and process your claim within 2 weeks.

No Waiver Failure to act on a breach does not waive our rights to act on any future breaches.

Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights related to this website and its content are owned by OG Gear or used with permission. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Content We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content on this website. We may interrupt website access for maintenance.
